Print with us! Here's how:

Helpful Guidelines for Printing with ITP

You should save your design image file in RGB color format. The most common design image is a TIF(TIFF) file with LZW compression or JPEG file at 150 DPI. Acceptable file formats are JPG(JPEG), PNG, GIF, TIF(TIFF), SVG, and AI. We will convert vector files (AI, SVG, or EPS) to TIF format before printing. The dimensions of your image should also be at the size you are looking to print. Mac users, please make sure your image is formatted for PC.

We charge an image setup fee, which is $200 per design image. This charge includes color matching, and corrections, and as many strike offs (small test prints) as required to get color matching approval. Design image setup does not include design changes.

If your design image needs any adjustments, an Art and Design fee of $80.00 per hour will be charged.

The cost of the fabric varies with the fabric that you select for your print. Prices can range from $10.00 - $50.00 or more per yard. We can source the fabric or you have the option to supply your own fabric.

We charge $4.00 per yard for fabric preparation for inkjet printing for most fabrics, however heavier fabrics and some specialty fabrics require $8.00 per yard. This process includes coating of the fabric to make it ready for printing.

In order to begin the color matching and sampling process, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall cost of the project in advance. In some cases this is negotiable but always includes the setup and fabric preperation costs. Upon completion of your project, you must pay the final balance for full delivery of you printed fabric.

If you supply your own fabric, we need at least an additional yard to load our printer and an additional yard for color tests (ie. if you want a 2 yard print then we need 4 yards).

All fabric needs to be PFP (prepared for printing, not greige goods) or PFD (prepared for dyeing) if supplied by you (else we will do the preparation)

The typical lead time is 2-3 weeks. This is dependent upon your deadline, deposits paid and our production schedule.

Rush fees are approximately an additional 50% of the overall cost of the production and can be negotiated.

Shipping costs will be billed to the Client.
